Manage and delete your Google data
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Vendis connects to Google only when you sign in with Google or connect Google Workspace. This page explains what Vendis imports, how to change what it can access, and how to delete your data. The Privacy Policy has the full details, including our commitments for Google user data.
What Vendis imports
Each feature uses its own Google permission and stays off until you grant it:
- Gmail: your email messages and their attachments, turned into contacts, companies, opportunities, summaries and suggested next steps.
- Gmail drafts and sending: when you ask the chat assistant, it drafts, revises or discards emails as drafts in your Gmail. It sends a draft only when you ask it to and you have not limited it to drafts. The “drafts only” setting is on by default.
- Google Calendar: events on calendars you own. Vendis only reads them.
- Google Meet: records of your meetings, their participants and their transcripts.
- Google Contacts and “Other contacts”: your saved contacts and the people you have emailed.
- Google Workspace directory: your organization’s directory, used to tell your colleagues apart from external contacts.
Mail, meetings and contacts you import are visible to every member of your workspace, and may be accessed by AI apps those members connect to Vendis.
Change your permissions
A feature stays off while its permission is not granted.
If a permission is missing, the Google Workspace card in Profile → Integrations (app.vendis.ai/profile#integrations) shows Re-Authorize. Click it, click Continue with Google in the Before you connect Google dialog, and grant the permission on Google’s screen.
Disconnect Google
In Profile → Integrations → Google Workspace, click Disconnect. This stops syncing, asks Google to remove Vendis’ access to your Google account, and removes the emails and calendar events imported from your account that nobody else in your workspace uses. Records already in the CRM, such as contacts, companies, opportunities, tasks and Meet transcripts, stay.
If Google can’t be reached, Vendis still disconnects, and you can remove Vendis yourself at Google. Reconnecting later requires granting the permissions again, and your mailbox is imported again from scratch.
Remove Vendis at Google
Open myaccount.google.com/connections, find Vendis in the list and remove its access. This stops all further access to your Google account.
Delete your workspace
Email info@vendis.ai and tell us which workspace to delete. Once we mark it for deletion, its members lose access, and after a 30-day grace period we permanently delete all of its data, including everything imported from Google. Backup copies are deleted within at most 180 days.
Ask us to delete your data
Email info@vendis.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, for example everything imported from your Google account.
Copies held elsewhere
Copies held by our AI and monitoring providers expire on their own schedule, as described in the Privacy Policy.
